This was a very pleasing match for us. Our closest rivals in Division C, The Dominion, had a very close victory 119 - 97 last week end against this clan, so we asumed it would be a tough match.

However, Terminal Gibbage had not been prepared for our newly developed tactics. From the very beginning we held both the rl/ra area and the ramp rl area, pushing them out to the lg/gl/quad area. And we defended these areas beutifully. They never had a chance at capturing the rl/ra apart from one instance where they broke through for no more than 20 secs. Scrunter was doing a superb job of keeping TG at bay, and he was helped by the fact that TG didn't seem too have mastered the level - they were charging through the teleporters to the rl/ra area with shotguns hehe :-). Smebo and Spud were defending the rl ramp area well - and this was the much tougher area.

With the 2 rls looking rock solid, there was still the danger of Interphaze charging through to the rl/ra area carving up everybody with the quad. This happened 2 or 3 times, so I made the decision to attempt to control the quad. Big mistake! With all TG pushed into that area, it was too dangerous and I suffered for the last 10 mins. In future I suggest leaving the quad be, or only getting it if you really think you can.
